Our world class production facility in the North of England, specialises in custom made wet and dry ingredients which includes a state of the art machine dedicated to hot filling for liquid products.
Our Hetton site is free-from high risk allergens and also has a dedicated Gluten Free production and packing room, to ensure that no cross contamination can occur within the food chain. From this site, we supply a large number of high profile manufacturers and well-loved brands who supply into major retailers in the UK.
With many years experience within the UK food sector, the team at Market Harborough are responsible for our branded portfolio, including one of the first "Free From" brands, Nature's Store, as well as managing and producing private label products.

The fully automated high-tech plant in Kirchbichl, Austria, specialises in the manufacturing of powder products, pastes and granulates. It is considered one of the most modern food plants in Europe, not least thanks to FRIOSAFE®, a patented grinding process.
Kirchbichl operates as a pure halal site, with its own product development department and laboratory, and is free from high-risk allergens for the highest product safety and quality.
The traditional site in Georgsmarienhütte specialises in all liquid products such as marinades and spiced oils. In addition, it manufactures dry products for large clients and a few haram powder products.
The Lower Saxony site has its own product development and infrared disinfection facilities and is strategically close to the MOGUNTIA FOOD GROUP’S central warehouse in Ladbergen.
When it comes to food research, hardly any other area is as complex as starter cultures. The MOGUNTIA FOOD GROUP has a dedicated site for this area.
The site in the Swiss town of Gossau not only produces microorganism strains, but also performs research and development work and practical tests.
Founded in 1903 in Mainz. The butcher Friedrich Buchholz named his business MOGUNTIA, which is Latin for Mainz. Even today it is the group’s administrative centre. To accelerate the communication processes, the entire customer service for the domestic industry, Foodservice, and butcher’s trade operations is centralised in Mainz, as are European marketing, product management and a number of other administrative areas.
Our Customer Delivery Center (CDC) in Georgsmarienhütte is a 10,000 m² facility with expandable storage space for 4,000 to 6,000 pallets ensures swift responses to customer needs. Equipped with five loading docks and strategically located near major motorways (A33, A30, and A1), the CDC facilitates efficient deliveries to customers and suppliers.
The integrated office areas promote a productive work environment, and the warehouse design enables fast and efficient order picking with sustainable lighting. The CDC's consolidation of warehouse locations enhances operational efficiency and reinforces customer-centricity, supporting our commitment to excellence in the food industry.
